Your Developmental Educator
I’m Christina Rafla. A dedicated and empathetic Developmental Educator driven by a profound passion for fostering social and emotional wellbeing in children and their family. As a mother of children with support needs, I understand the many pressures that consumes parents in this day and age.
I take pride in being a disability service provider that adopts a neuroaffirming approach to practice where I validate the families capacity and highlight what children can do, helping them use their strengths to learn and grow.
I bring over 15 years of professional experience supporting children and families navigate through complex and challenging circumstances.

Bachelor of Art/Education
Master of Disability Practice and Leadership
High school teacher and welfare coordinator
Social worker for a not-for-profit community organisation supporting young people with ADHD and diverse learning styles, and their families
Registered with the DEAI
